Introduction

SocialNight is a platform designed to connect nightlife service providers (photographers, dancers, magicians, DJs) with nightlife establishments (bars, nightclubs). The platform allows both parties to create profiles, showcase their offerings, and book services for themed events.

Project Scope

The project involved developing a comprehensive web application with the following features:

• Service Provider Profiles: Providers can present their services with photos, descriptions, and pricing grids.
• Establishment Profiles: Nightlife venues can showcase their establishments with photos, hours, and event details.
• Themed Event Packages: Venues can find complete event packages including necessary providers and accessory shops.
• Booking and Management: Providers offer their services, establishments book them online, and receive detailed service sheets.

Technical Implementation

• Framework: Laravel 8 for backend development.
• Database: SQL for data management.
• Frontend: React JS for a dynamic and responsive user interface.

The SocialNight project demonstrates my ability to develop complex, multi-faceted web applications that facilitate seamless interactions between service providers and clients. Using Laravel and React JS, I delivered a robust and user-friendly platform that enhances the organization and execution of nightlife events.
